Isaiah has consistently been saying to me the past few weeks, “Becky, you need to blog!” “Becky, write a blog” “Hey Becky, Alex wrote a blog today, where’s yours?” Alex also decided to remind me to blog. I told both of them that I haven’t felt “inspired” to blog, and I don’t know what to “talk” about…
This is probably shocking, considering that I can probably talk for 2 hours without stopping if there is someone around willing to listen. Alex suggested that I talk about happenings at the college. So, here’s my attempt to get back into blogging after several months absence.

Although I have had the most homework intensive semester yet of college, (I keep reminding myself that I CHOSE to take Greek… J) it has not been without many highlights and fun times… Here are a few, not in any particular order:

--Watching Robert White’s dance videos that he made in the Mac lab. They are posted on Facebook, and I seriously encourage you to watch them for a good laugh.
--Playing Quelf! The most random, funny game…
--Building a giant snowman with the unexpected foot of snow. Since it was such an early snow, there was a great mixture of leaves in the snowman as well.
--Prayer chapel for missions. A unique experience where we removed our shoes and sat on the floor to pray specifically for missions and other countries.
--Learning Greek. Yes, it’s hard. Yes, having class at 7 am is not always fun. BUT, I love it anyway.
--Winning 5 volleyball games and being close to winning about half of our other games!! This might not sound like much, but it really is.
--Our morning party in the girl’s dorms about a month ago. And all our night parties in the girl’s dorm. Good times.
--Garrett Powell growing an afro… It’s just funny.

That’s just a few of many, and there will be many more to come as the year continues. I’ll try to be more consistent in my blogging.
